Nora loves helping out at her lola’s sari-sari store during the summer. Every day customers stop by for a little of this and a little of that. Hair clips, creamy yema, mung beans and so much more — Lola Soling’s store has it all! One day, a heat wave hits the city and customers become few and far between, which worries Nora. Inspired by the mango tree outside the sari-sari store, Nora thinks she might have a refreshing solution to their problem. A lovely and delicious tale of creativity and sweet times spent with grandparents.
